Ocupar

It occupies the entire top floor of the hotel and has its own swimming pool.
· Ocupa toda la planta superior del hotel y tiene su propia piscina.

Is the above sentence correct?
Is there another way in Spanish to say it occupies?

I think ocupar is the perfect word to use. You may use piso instead of planta if you wish. Instead of ocupar you may use llenar todo el espacio del piso.

Llenar cannot be used for ocupar, instead use "usar", if anything.
