Tocayo

When two people have the same name we call them tocayos, how can we say in English . Somos tocayos meaning we have the same name.

Tocayo is namesake. You can say

We have the same name,
We share the same name
We're both called Fred (or whatever :D)
He's my namesake

Be a little careful with namesake, because it might have the suggestion that one name has been deliberately chosen because of the other, rather than no connection:

The grandchild is the namesake of the grandfather.

Then we should just use "we have/share the same name"... To be "tocayos" in Spanish is only a coincidence of name between unrelated persons.
Unless it's a joke, we wouldn't say that a father and his son are "tocayos".
