El bolso, joyas, sombreros se encue tra en la sección de complementos de los grandes almacenes.
Can we say complemets in English or just accessories.?

Use accessories. Sometimes complements and accessories are interchangeable, but not in this case, and the use of complements with this meaning is not very common. An example of when it can be used is in the fashion industry (the dress was complemented with...)
