Pronunciation of 'll' in some South American countries
 
is the 'll' sometimes pronounced 'zh' because a spanish person told me ,they were from either colombia or venezuela.

Most likely the sound you refer to is Argentine. In Colombia and Venezuela is more likely to sound like a conventional y and sometimes y with a faint j in it.

Well, in Chile we pronounce those in hard way, although not as hard as Argentinian.
