Both can be correct. It depends on what meaning you want.
There is a third option, too. Intentaré hacerlo. Intentar and tratar de are interchangeable. Procurar carries the sense of personal responsibility to see that the deed occurs (and is more formal than the other two). |
Adding to Rusty's right explanation:
If you mean that you will put an effort in doing something, the right conjugation should be "procuraré hacerlo". Otherwise, the present tense you are using means that you are trying to do it now. :) |
