¿Cómo se dice..?

"It wouldn't surprise me if he treated them."

"No me sorprendería que los invitara."

"It wouldn't surprise me if he went."

"No me sorprendería que fuera." "No me sorpendería si iba." ?

First one is fine. The second must be with "fuera". :)
