Tiene

Can someone please explain to me why 'Tiene' is used to say 'do you have' but the conjugation for 'you have' is 'Tienes'?:)

Third-person 'tiene' means 'you have', 'you do have', 'you are having', "you'll have (near future)" and, when used as a question, 'do you have'.
Second-person 'tienes' has the same meanings.

The difference is which 'you' is being used.

The third-person form is formal usage.
The second-person form is familiar usage.

a) In Spanish tú is second person singular= Tú tienes
B) Usted is third person singular = Usted tiene.
