Oficialía Mediadora Conciliadora No. 2
I'm having a hard time translating this heading from an official document in Toluca, Mexico. It must be something more than Office of Mediation, right?
EDIT: Sorry, as many of you no doubt noticed I meant the title to say Oficialía. (Hasta el mejor mono...) |
Don't worry, your title has been changed. :)
I'm not sure that these names can be translated, unless you have similar agencies or offices in the USA. I hope this helps: An "Oficialía Mediadora Conciliadora (y Calificadora)" seems to be a municipal entity that acts as a mediator in conflicts where crime or judicial offenses are not involved, provided that these conflicts can't be solved by any other authorities. They are also capable of sanctioning people who commit administrative faults that are contemplated in local laws and codes. |
How about Office of Civil Mediation?
|
If such office would do such work, that name will be valid. I have really no idea of how to say that in English, I'm sorry. I wish I could be of more help.
