Barbecued Food
Is there any difference in meaning bewtween the following:
• las hamburguesas a la barbacoa • las hamburguesas a la parrilla • las hamburguesas a la brasa Many thanks in advance. |
I don't exactly know what "a la barbacoa" means, but for me, this should say that cooking is made adding some sauce to the hamburger.
"A la parrilla" says the meat is cooked on a grill, whether the fire comes from burning gas or charcoal. "A la brasa", or more common in Mexico "a las brasas", they're cooked with charcoal fire. |
