Cuidado con la escalera
That's the term I would use for the commonly used watch your step in English.
Recently I saw no pierda de vista los escalones. I understood it, but do you find this commonly used? |
:lol: "No pierda de vista los escalones" sounds to me as if they would run away from you and you had to keep them under surveillance. That's not used in Mexico.
I've seen: - Cuidado con el escalón. (When it's only one step.) - Cuidado. Escalera. - Precaución. Escalera. |
Exactly, That is what I would see in New York. O atencíon or aviso. I'm visiting Spain, and things are a little bit different on the other side of the Atlantic. Nice though.
