Road frontage
 

A house or property that faces the road or street has a certain amount of road frontage

I first thought of "fachada callejera", then thought of "extensión frente a la calle" but am open to suggestions

It seems nobody knows this one. My guess it that the term in Spanish may include terreno.

Looks like it is 'frente a calle'.

In my country it's simply frente.

El lote tiene 22 metros de frente.
Paga mucho ABL* porque tiene mucho frente.
El departamento tiene 11 metros al frente, pero se angosta a 9 en el contrafrente porque el lote es trapezoidal.

ABL = alumbrado, barrido, limpieza (recolección de residuos) y conservación de pavimentos y aceras.
