how can I pronounce massages? like wages? or like massage?

There are two accepted pronunciations of 'massage' in AmE, and the British have yet another. But the word is never pronounced the same as 'wage'.
The plural forms have an additional syllable, but the addition doesn't alter how the stem is pronounced or stressed.
