Couldn't find in dictionary, what does it mean?

does it mean walking? I'm not sure either. can you use it in a sentence?

I thought for sure I had added that to the Tomisimo dictionary a while back.

Edit: I had added it, but a caching problem kept it from showing up when you search. It's fixed now. Senderismo.
