I love beautiful women
Me encanta la mujer hermosa
would that be the proper way to translate that?? |
Me encantan mujeres bonitas? I'm not sure if that is right...we learned bonito/a as beautiful
it would be plural...because women is plural (duh) so... |

Me encatan las mujeres hermosas. I love the beautiful womens. I love beautiful women. Amo una hermosa mujer. Me encanta una hermosa mujer. In that translation both sentence could to be the accurate. |
Just one small corrrection...

|
yes I love a beautiful woman is singular.
I love beautiful women is plural. |
Referring to good looking women
Me encanta una mujer bonita I love a beautiful woman. Me encantan mujeres bonitas I love beautiful (pretty in appearance) women |
litercola is right.

So, how would you say.......
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. in Spanish! |
For those of you learning American English. I would just like to say, though not completely proper, saying in American English "I love a beautiful woman" could be perceived as plural in this aspect. One could be selective about the women one appreciates as beautiful. For example, rather than just looking at women, one would look only at 'beautiful' women. " I like women but i love a beautiful woman" and singularly " I love a beautiful woman and that woman is you!"
