Falla de seguridad maxima, I feel that this way to translate your sentence can helps you, then if you have some other way to say the same sentence please let me know, perhaps there's other way to translate the sentence, but now I feel that the answer figure one way of say the translation.

 When I first thought this thread, I thought it was security beach. O.O  it's security breach.

thanks for the definition

violation of safety is violación a la seguridad
violación de securidad is violation of security
So i really don't know how you would say that exactly wouldn't it be the same or close.

Heres the Wiki on security breach

When would you ever say "violation of security" in English? Sure doesn't sound natural to me. Be careful when trying to translate something literally, it is rarely the best option. "security breach" is not only a valid translation of "violación de seguridad", it is probably one of the best ones. Remember, you should translate meaning, not words.

Security breach would be translate Brecha de seguridad.

Correction above. Also, that translation (brecha de seguridad) has already been mentioned in this thread, so there is really no need to mention it again. It is fine to mention it again if you add more information, such as saying "brecha de seguridad sounds more natural to me than violación de seguridad" for example.

Correcciones arriba.
