Cubre mantel

I need to know how to say cubre mantel in English. this is a piece of cloth that goes over the top of a tablecloth in the middle. Thank! :?::?::?:

I believe this is a table overlay. This is a cover for the tablecloth, usually more fancy and another color/fabric.

A table runner (camino de mesa) runs down the center of the tablecloth.

In the vocabulary forum, please just use the term/word/phrase you're asking about as the thread title. I've changed the title for you. :)

As for your question, I think Rusty's on the right track. I'm not that well versed in tablecloth vocabulary.

I've never seen or heard about a Cubre mantel. I guess my family don't use it, or we don't recognize the name.

Yes Cubre mantel, is a piece of plastic or cloth, you can put him over the table, that piece on my country is very used.

You only need a piece of cloth in your table for you can be Mexican.

oh ok. Yes, I can picture it in my head.
