How to say "Given name"

I've looked for this but I can't find an answer, how can I say given name or christian name or first name in Spanish? :)

"nombre de pila" should do the job...

Nombre de pila is fine, if I remember right, it's more usual in Spain than in other areas. Also, remember that nombre actually means first name in and of itself. There's no confusion with your last name since last name is apellido.

Another option could be primer nombre.

Never "primer nombre". At least in Spain.

"Nombre de pila" is the only expression I've used. "pila" refers to the water recipient of a catholic baptism ceremony.
