He ha tomar
 

Hola a todos,

In one scene in the 1953 movie Carne de horca, someone yells “Posadero trae más vino” and then Juan Pablo, the main character, adds: "Y una baraja."

Then he walks over to the musicians who were playing music before, gives them some coins and says: "He ha tomar para unos vasos."

I suspect (but I'm not very sure) that the intended meaning is something like "Here are the money for you, buy themselves some glasses of wine", but what does "He ha tomar" mean?

He says "¡Eh, a tomar!"

Eh is a multiuse interjection, here used to grab attention and maybe reprimand those men because they're not drinking while they should.

It's similar to saying "Hey you, get yourselves some drinks!" in an authoritative and a bit pushy way (this comes from the short expression delivered in a barrack tone)
