Y no me le pague
Hola a todos,
In a scene in the movie Carne de horca Juan Pablo, who has been chased by soldiers, has taken refuge in a church. Consuelo speaks to the priest and asks him to help Juan Pablo. - No quiero confesar, padre. I'm not sure as to what the priest says after "Que Dios nos ayude a todos." I hear something like "Y no me le pague", but I don't think it's correct. https://my.mail.ru/ok/571130741592/video/10/413.html The scene in question starts at 1:08:46. Thank you. |
He says "in nomine pater", "in the name of the Father" in Latin. Most Catholic rituals where conducted in Latin until the Second Vatican Council during the '60s. (That reminded me that I have to learn the Protestant Lord's Prayer for tomorrow afternoon)
