¡Qué bueno saber de tí!
¡Me da mucho gusto saber de tí!

And also:

Que bueno escuchar tu voz. (En el caso que estuviéramos hablando) :)

Any suggestion you've been given works, but the saber de ti one is quite common. All mean It's good to hear from you.

Supe que estabas enferma. = I heard (found out) you were sick.
Sabía que estabas enferma. = I knew you were sick.

Supe de él. = I heard about/of/from him.
Es bueno saber de tí. = It's good to hear from/about you.

I know that the meaning of the words in both languages can be very different. But sometimes the Spanish is very distinct to the English in all the sentences.
