Mexican Food into English

Is there an English translation for the following:

is flan baked custard?
? No English translation?
I saw this food at a store we went to today. I guess there is no English translation.

I want to look them up in Clip Art in Microsoft word. I tried but no results came up. I guess I will find pictures for easier foods.

Flan is baked custard. If you search the microsoft clipart page filtered for custard the first picture

And, http://images.google.com/images?um=1...&q=quesadillas should bring you to images of quesadillas. All three foods are known in english as their mexican names.
