El precio es "de"?

Hola a todos

Una preguntita: ¿cuál sería más corriente: "El precio más económico es 2.000 dólares" o "... es de 2.000 dólares"?

The addition of de changes the meaning. Without the preposition, the price is fixed at $2,000. With the preposition, the price is understood to start at $2,000.

I think you are confusing de for desde?

You're right, Chileno.

Using the preposition de in front of numbers is correct. It's perfectly fine to exclude the preposition, otherwise.
