Means at the latest, but what about "at the earliest?"

¿ 'Voy a mi casa a los dos de la tarde a mas tardar, pero al mediodia a mas temprano.' ?

¿Es 'No mas temprano de la mediodia' mejor?

Don't forget the accent: A más tardar :-)

In spite of this is not incorrect, it sounds much better like this: Como muy tarde/ como muy temprano. At least in Spain.

I would say a lo más tarde. Example: Voy al sastre a arregla mis pantolones. Pregunto, «¿Cuando estarán listos mis pantalones?»
El sastre me contesta «a lo más tarde, viernes a las tres.»

Is that right? Or would "como a la más temprano jueves a las tres." Or "a más tardar a las tres jueves.

Yes, they are...

"At the earliest" can also be:

"tan temprano/pronto como sea posible"
"tan temprano/pronto como se pueda"

(When talking about the morning) "a primera hora"
"Te llamo mañana a primera hora" ≈ "I'll call you tomorrow at the first working hour"

How I can say A mas tardar into of the English.
