Aula de enlace: es un aula dónde suelen estar los niños sin recursos.
Aula compensatoria : aula dónde estan los niños con problemas.

If a student can't be in a mainstream class (where the other children attend), they may be placed in a special needs class. Some schools don't have special needs classes. They place the children with special needs in the mainstream classes, but provide them with aides/tutors/mentors, as needed.

Foreign exchange students usually don't have special classes. They're grouped with the mainstream class.
Classes for low-income families don't exist. The children are placed in the mainstream classes, and government assistance is available to the parents so that their children can attend school.

In Spain we have those classes where foreigners attend to be taught Spanish first, it would be very difficult for them to follow the classes in Spanish, then they are put in mainstream classes.

I suppose I didn´t explain the meanign very well before. It also includes those who don´t speak the language of the country.

In the United States, this is referred to as "bilingual education". Bilingual education is when immigrant children who don't speak English are taught the basic subjects in their native language, so they won't fall behind, while they have English classes to learn English. Once they have a working ability in English, they are transitioned to classes that are taught in English. Is this what you are talking about?

And what is that classroom called ? The classroom where they learn English?

Biligual education program or ESL class (English as a second language program) There is a slight difference between the two programs.
ESL is more of an English immersion policy where the primary language of the student is not the focus.

Some school districts don't offer the ESL classes to recent immigrants, grades 0-6, but rather expect the students to learn English while attending the same classes as their peers. Perhaps these districts simply can't afford to have ESL classes, but I think the real reason is they've discovered that the young immigrants can indeed learn English on their own and keep up with their peers in a short amount of time.

I don't think the physical classroom would have any special name; it's just one of many classrooms.
