Exagerar, exagerado

I know " exagerar" means exaggerate, is there any other verbs to express this concept in English ? ANd what about a person that exaggerates very much. What is he called in English?

To exaggerate
= to stretch the truth

An exaggerator (one who exaggerates) can be called a truth-stretcher.

to blow things out of proportion/ to make a mountain out of a mole hill.

In high-tone English (as in Spanish I believe) you can use the word hyperbole/hyperbolic.

Thanks, I heard something different for exagerado, but I can´t remember now.

Is there a verb with over like overreacting or sth like that?

Overreacting would be a certain type of exaggerating. How about embellish?

How about overemphasize?
