Let my head quiet (in peace?). I was in the hospital two weeks ago because I knocked my head. This was the first time in my life I was in a hospital (sleeping there, I mean). It was not a good experience

I agree with Chileno: "Leave my head alone"/"Leave my head out of this".

So, let my head alone. Thanks :)

It was just a few days before I went on holidays, but there was nothing in my head (do I have an empty head? :D ).

Do you say vacations instead of holidays?

Yes, I think so, but is weird that vacations is not the same in both countries regardless of usage...

In AmE it would be:
  • Leave my head alone.
  • Vacation. (singular, not plural)
ir de vacaciones = to go on vacation

And is in BrE to go/be on holidays? I think so.
