Trillar
 
Trillar means thresh in English, but sometimes is uded in a figurative way meaning get on well with. Do you have an English a different verb.
E.g:

Mi sobrina no trilla con su cuñada-

I didn't know that meaning of trillar (get on well with).
Another one:
Esto está trillado (easy peasy). You can also say tirado or chupado meaning the same.

Easy peasy ??? Is that used in The English speaking countries?

Easy peasy is mainly used when talking to children.

We could say : They don't mesh. --or their personalities clash
