Like malcríado, but mimoso doesn´t convey the same idea, I mean it´s close but spoilt has got negative connotations and Mimosón has got positive ones.

In the dictionary it says "affectionate"... for me it sounds right.

The word you're looking for is affectionate. (Watch the pronunciation of that last syllable.)
