Plug-in

What's the right way for saying plug in, as in the place on the wall where you plug in a power cord. Is encufe right?

celador May 16, 2007 10:22 AM

enchufe y tomacorrientes

and i think there is another more idiomatic term which i can't recall.

In Mexico, in addition to enchufe and toma de corriente, you can also use contacto or contacto de luz.
