Hola, ¿cómo se dice "I REALLY don´t want to ...ect."?

No quiero ir a la tienda ahora
No prefiero ir al cine hoy

No pienso que la idea original está traducida bien en mis ejemplos:confused:, A ver si me podéis ayudar, por favor. ¡Gracias por adelantado!

No me apetece ir...
No tengo ganas de ir...
No quiero ir...
Prefiero no (instead of "no prefiero" ;) ) ir...
Also en realidad, realmente (and one of the former sentences) :)

You can also use "sí que" as an intensifier:

"¡Sí que me gusta!" "I (really) do like it!"

Adding to Irma's, with the "really" emphasis:

De veras no quiero ir.
No tengo nada de ganas de ir.
En verdad, preferiría no ir.

Btw... "no prefiero ir" sounds awkward, but you can actually say "prefiero no ir". The position of "no" depends on what you want to stress, in this case "ir". ;)

My mind translated it spontaneously to:
"Realmente no quiero...."

-¿Querés tomar algo?
-No, gracias pe...
-Dale anímate, te sirvo una copita...
-[No,] realmente no quiero tomar nada.

De verdad no quiero ir...

The two answer are accurate.

But I'd like to choice the first one.
