:D Indeed I was wondering the same when reading the title of this thread to be honest. ;)
'To drive someone crazy' --- 'To make someone else crazy' (Cómo se dice en español, hacer/volver loco/a??).
'To go crazy' ---- 'To make yourself crazy' (volverse loco/a).
PD: You could use 'driven' too but then you would have to use the 'passive' sentence: 'I don't think he has been driven crazy' (but then you would have to specify by what exactly, and to be honest this sounds less natural to me. :) )
