Is the translation correct?
 
I tried to translate the sentence into Spanish, but don't know is it correct. Thanks for help!

Choose a directory to keep .wav and .mp3 files.

My translation:

Seleccione un directorio para guardar .wav .mp3 archivos.

How about this sentence begining with Seleccionar not Seleccione?

Seleccionar un directorio para guardar .wav .mp3 archivos.

It'll be understood just fine, but beginning with an infinitive is less personal.

Which brings forth:

Seleccionar - Impersonal
Seleccione - Personal (formal)
Selecciona - Personal (informal)
