Are the translation correct?

I tried to translate the followning words into Spanish, Would you please tell me are the translation correct? Thank you!

select all = Seleccionar todo

delete = borrar

empty = vaciar (empty here as a verb means delete all)

Welcome(verb)=dar la bienvenida

file name =nombre de archivo

Correct, do not forget the Imperative

Someone told me that the first should be Seleccionar todos, Is it right?

Both will work. It's important, in some cases, to match gender and number.
So, it's possible to translate it as:
Seleccionar todos / todo
Seleccionar todas / toda
