Pues, claro. En EEUU sí que hay ricos pero no hay pijos en el mismo sentido. ("Posh" tiene algunas connotaciones de aristocracia, aunque claro depende un poco de la clase social del que lo dice. "That's a bit posh like, innit" significa "Eso no se vende en las tiendas chinas" ;)).
