Here too. Project Director sounds more formal here or a better rank.

I have left what I had written, project manager. This was for a curriculum for the EU and it was really formal.

By the way, we do say curriculum vitae, usually CV :)

Yes, we say currículum vitae, too (sometimes with no accent), though it's usual to say curriculum, to abbreviate (and CV, too). Its plural is "currículum", too (though usually we say "currículums"). I know that you say "curricula". :)
