Blandengue

Means easygoing according to the dictionary, but I have heard it used in
other contexts. Example: una mesa con piernas inseguras que necesitan
un tornillo está blandengue.

Is this a common usage?

Yes, it's a rather common word. I've heard it with the meaning 2 (RAE)

Este tío es un blandengue.
No me seas blandengue y tírate de cabeza.

The third one I didn'n know. :)

También se dice cuando algo es un poco inestable (una silla, una escalera, una mesa, etc.). También a otros objetos (un pastel blandengue, una masa blandengue) Pero creo que se aplica más a las personas. :)

Es una silla inestable y débil, que "baila" cuando uno se sienta. Podría no soportar el peso de alguien. Por eso es "blandengue".

Blanducho también se puede aplicar. Pero esto también significa suave.
