Difference between sweets & candy?
 

I'm trying to translate a phrase but I don't know how to say it in Spanish... I need to translate food preferences and this is what I got:

PLEASE CHECK WHAT CONSUMER PREFERS

Foods:
Candy What? _____________________
Sweets other than candy. What?__________________

The underlined phrase is my little trouble, I've heard that in Spanish they use the word "dulce" for sweets and candy. Does anyone know how could I translate this?

Normally sweets and candy are synonymous, but in this case, I think candy is referring to dulces, golosinas, caramelos, chocolates etc, and sweets would be like cake, cookies and maybe sweetened drinks. En este caso sweets other than candy serían cualquier comestible que sea dulce (que contenga mucho azúcar), pero que no sea un dulce (candy). I hope I´ve explained myself :)

So:

Dulces/golosinas: ¿Cuáles? ______________
Otras comidas endulzadas ¿Cuáles? _______________

To me, sweets and candy are the same thing, so I'm not sure what they're talking about there.
