Hola, no puedo recordar la palabra pero termina con "a" y es una técnica del pulgar

Jajaja, ya sé porqué tienes un poco de confusión :D

PD. la música de la vídeo no es la misma de la foto, solamente encontré una foto de alzapúa básica

It's a compound noun: alza (de alzar = levantar) + púa. Maybe it's useful to remember this word. :)

I can't imagine an "alzapúa" with high-heeled shoes. :D
