Montar en globo

Montar en globo

English?

chileno May 06, 2010 09:42 AM

Balloon ride.

To go for a hot air balloon ride.
To go for a ride in a hot air balloon.

I almost crushed my skull trying to think of "hot air", and obviously I couldn't get it out! :D

I find it an odd expression in English - to go for a ride in a hot air balloon. You are not in fact inside the balloon, you are in a basket underneath it.

Yes Phileas Fogg that's true. I think it would be horrifyingly hot inside the balloon:eek:.

chileno May 06, 2010 07:21 PM

Hot air balloon ride sounds better.

CrOtALiTo May 09, 2010 01:43 PM

It's some hard.

Hot air balloon ride.

I would say it so.

I will gave a little ride in a hot air balloon.
But your phrase is the most correct.

Rusty May 09, 2010 11:13 PM

@Crotalito: I will take a little ride in a hot air balloon.
