... annoys me
... makes me mad
... pisses me off (rude)

etc.

Formal examples:
He/she exasperates me.
I become exasperated with him/her.
I lose patience with him/her

Colloquial:
She drives me crazy.
You're making me crazy. (This more local to New York)
You're the limit!

Rudely you can certainly say:
This annoy the s..t out of me.
This is f...ing annoying.
