I think it would be easier to say.......but then again... more commonly used.

I don't think "yet again" and "but then again" are equivalent.

"Yet again I'd like to know your opinions, but then again maybe I wouldn't!"

"Una vez más, me gustaría saber vuestras opiniones, pero entonces quizá no [fuera así]."

Maybe the "yet again" is more like "once more"? [una vez más/asimismo :approx: also; likewise] ??

but then again = on the other hand

"Una vez más" seems to me the best, generally...
