The "by" in "by next week"

I've been studying the future perfect, and I've been thinking that you'd use "por" for what I'm looking for (By next week, I will have swam)

Por la semana proxima/que viene, yo habré nadado.

Por el mes proximo, habréis terminado el dibujo.

Por mañana, usted habrá leído el periodico.

Are all of those right? Or is it a different word for saying "by" tomorrow or "by" next week?

Thanks!

Para la semana que viene, habré nadado.
You should use the same word for the others, as well.

So for all of these cases, whenever you want to say like "By next year______" it's always "para"?

Yep.
