The "by" in "by next week"

I've been studying the future perfect, and I've been thinking that you'd use "por" for what I'm looking for (By next week, I will have swam)

Are all of those right? Or is it a different word for saying "by" tomorrow or "by" next week?

Thanks!

You should use the same word for the others, as well.

So for all of these cases, whenever you want to say like "By next year______" it's always "para"?
