Senator Snodgrass
This seems to be (in the context I am studying) just a made-up name.
However, I checked in google and it seems that there may be a "Snodgrass" family... Does anyone know any real Snodgrass (even if not a Senator...)? Just curious about it, but also if there is evidence of a real person I would not 'translate' the name... You know what I mean, right? I.e., I could say "Senador Céspedes del Tajo" o "Senador Hierbarrasa" or "Senador Pastolimpio" or simply "Senador Hierbasfinez" "Hierbabuena" "Malahierba" "Senador Abrojillos"... well, I could fill 2 or 3 screens with synonyms of invented names with some significance... Any input here will be greatly appreciated. :) |
There is or was an American actress names Carrie Snodgrass. Snodgrass is a very British surname like Witherspoon and Peabody that have a kind of upper class sound to Americans.
