The question is mainly on "Alergist".

What is more common in Spanish, alergista or alergólogo, -ga?

¿Alergista pediátrico?

Por aquí: Alergólogo(a).
A los especialistas en niños se les llama "pediatra alergólogo" o "alergólogo pediatra".
"Pediátrico" se usa más para medicamentos, tratamientos y eso.

Commonly the specialist doctor is Alergólogo.
