Just as in Spanish (la conspriación barbábarica o bárbara?/La conspriación de los bárbaros), they are both good. The second one sounds like more natural English to my ear.

Google agrees with Poli, hands down.
I.e., the first one 5,540 and the second 6.

I agree - Barbarian conspiracy sounds better, and BNC gives a score of 3 to nil.
