Cómo podríamos expresar en otras palabras lo en título ? Acaso , olor de vómito ? Que me disculpen por el desagradable de la.... pregunta :o

Fíjate además que en el contexto es "de un abominable olor a vino devuelto".

Also the idea of "repeat on" for "devuelto" may be valid, like food (but in this case wine)

Vomitado no es lo mismo que "pasado(s) a vino"
