Estar rico Vs Ser rico
El gazpacho es muy rico.
• Gazpacho is very tasty. (in general) El gazpacho está muy rico. • The gazpacho is very tasty. (this particular gazpacho that you made tonight) But I have heard the second form (‘está’) used to describe gazpacho ‘in general’, that it is, in fact, very tasty. Is this incorrect? |
