Are object pronouns part of a verb

We are doing reflexive verbs and I need to know if the object pronoun (me, te, se, nos, os, se) is part of the verb?

For example if I said "Yo me lavo" is "me" part of the verb?

When dealing with reflexive verbs, the pronoun is called a reflexive pronoun and it must accompany the verb. If that means to you that it is part of the verb, then yes, it is.

The reflexive verb is a type of a pronominal verb. These verbs are accompanied by a reflexive pronoun, although not all pronominal verbs are reflexive. They may be reciprocal or idiomatic.

Object pronouns include the direct object, the indirect object, the prepositional object and the reflexive pronouns. (There is also a commutative object pronoun.)

(Yo) me lavo = I wash myself. (I'm washing myself.)
