Should "siempre" come before or after a conjugated verb in a question?
Which sentence order is correct?
"Qué siempre pides en los restaurantes?" "Qué pides siempre en los restaurantes?" Thanks in advance.

¿Qué pides en los restaurantes siempre? ¿Qué es lo que siempre pides en los restaurantes? but not ¿Qué siempre pides en los restaurantes?

Siempre sometimes takes on a different meaning when it follows the verb.
Hoy voy siempre a casa después de trabajo. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this may mean. Today I'm going directly home after work.

siempre voy a casa después del trabajo = voy siempre a casa después del trabajo = voy a casa siempre después del trabajo = voy a casa después del trabajo, siempre (in order of intelligibility)
